Applewood Construction Corporation is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. We build and develop quality residential homes throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as commercial industrial construction and additions.
Applewood Construction was founded in 1992 by Walter Eriksen. We are proud of the quality built homes, residential subdivisions and commercial and industrial buildings we have constructed over the years.

Our claim to fame is quality construction. We have always used high efficiency furnaces and hot water heaters. We have always built with 2x6 construction for strength and more insulation in exterior walls. Our other strength is personal service. We have been building for more than 30 years, and we are still on site every day. We try to take the stress out of the building process by helping buyers through the selection process with our vendors.
